Can QBD release Date/Time be predicted?

Hey all,

As of today, the QBD is scheduled to be released "next week". This is a highly anticipated update by all RS veterans, and personally it has me on my toes. It'll definitely be a get rich quick scheme for those who acquire the good drops early, and all the armor that she ends up dropping can have a major impact on many item prices.

Is it predictable what day next week, or even what time we can expect her release? For instance do all game updates occur on Tuesday? And is there usually a certain time of day when Jagex updates their game?

I'd love to be able to be online the instant she arrives.

KNOWN INFO: According to the news post for Song from the Depths, the dragon is to be released on the week of 5/28-6/1.

INFO GATHERED: Been receiving alot of feedback that suggests Tuesday of next week (29th) would be a very likely day for them to release QBD. Also that they usually update their systems around 2-3pm GMT.

 

Normally updates are released on Tuesday. Although there is always a chance that it could get delayed a few days or more.

Why did you even bother posting? You could have actually read my thread and saw that it's going to be next week, instead of making a random assumption based on no information.

 

I agree with a above post. You normally see big updates on Tuesday.
I'll be waiting for it to, trying to get a good drop fast.

 

Do you know if normally there is a certain time when they do the updates?

 

Like the other say, updates are normally on thuesday, but this one is extra special. I think QBD will come out next wild weekend (friday-sunday) at friday.

 

Mostly random time could happen any time of the day.Like the guys above me said I'd bet on Tuesday for QBD.Why so precise?if you don't mind me asking.

You can't just post a random date without any explanation.

 

If I was you I'd just log out at Rimmington with all your gear ready so if the updates Tuesday you can just log on and be there

Update will most likely be Tuesday or Wednesday

 

Nobody knows when it will be released, Only jagex knows the release date and they will tell you when that is.

 

Most of the times Jagex updates their client every Tuesday, because then the penguins etc. also gets updated and a new week for RuneScape starts.

Some people don't bother to read my thread post, you didn't even bother to read my TITLE. "Predicted" is a key word. I'm not asking anyone for a "known" date, we're trying to predict here, and we're getting results.

Hey sorry for asking, but what is this, get rich scheme?

 

Killing the QBD when it first comes out - receiving overpriced new items to sell.

 

Yeah, of you even get a good drop and efficient kills. You dont know how common they will be. I'm assuming it will be very rare and really hard to kill.

 

With the gear on Runescape these days, nothing is hard to kill anymore. Especially since it will be a soloable monster. People have been able to solo corp, which was meant to be a team monster.

But I'll be one of those many players waiting to get their hands on the QBD. I honestly don't think it can be as hard as anyone thinks.
