PayPal trouble.

Whenever I create an account, they limit it. Simple as that. So it's my IP. Conclusion: I need to change my IP/use a non public proxy.

Can I get any help on this?

Purchase a VPN. Proxies won't work on paypal, it's very detectable if you're using a proxy or not. They will limit your account for using a proxy alone

Purchase a VPN with a dedicated IP to be least detected.

How to change your IP.

 

IP changing is such a sketchy topic sometimes. People swear by unplugging their router, but in all honesty it does nothing. Using proxies isn't going to work with Paypal either. The best thing to do is go buy a new modem.

It makes you look like a different person in your area when your modem re-registers with your ISP.
