RS account help please

My runescape account has been hacked, password changed and email changed.
this happened this morning.

i have sent my recovery info into jagex and so far they have done nothing.

i am now starting to receive emails from the hacker, he is saying to give him my pin and i will get my account back. this is something i do not want to do.

i used an email tracker through the headers of the email to get his ip.

is there anyway to check if this is a real ip so i might have some leverage with this guy?

someone help me please.

Ps i have just recieved another email he has sent me my full house address.

he is saying he will be sending people to my house and putting my bank account info on various websites please help

 

Just wait and Jagex will do their job. They will probably lock the account then wait for your recovery.

Do not fall for any black mail, this is likely some kid in his bedroom somewhere.

 

You were most likely phished and that is how the hacker got your IP and all your info. I'd suggest you to wait on Jagex and inform the local police about this guy showing all the emails you received.

 

He won't do anything, so don't worry about that. He could potentially put your bank numbers up on the internet, if he's a complete moron so be careful.

 

Jagex will most likely look at the IP changes and give it back to you.
