How do i apply my runescape pin

I can't find any tutorials how to apply it. There is no redeem pin logo for pay by phone australia plz help urgent

1 - go here: https://secure.runescape.com/m=webl...g_core&ssl=1&expired=0&dest=paymentoptions.ws
(Thats the RS upgrade page)

2 - Login to your RS acc.

3 - at the top, where it says "select you country", click it, and enter austraillia.

4 -Click Runescape under "choose your game"

5 - Click on the middle box, titled "phone"

6 - scroll down to the bottom of the page and click subscribe/buy now

7 - enter any random 7-digit number. (Ex: 3195826)

8 - enter your PIN.

9 - Finish/Redeem.
