How to get an edited moving avatar?? PLEASE HELP

Hey guys, I've been trying to hours to get an moving avatar I've read alot of threads about you need .gif picture I've got one i really like but when i go to add it it just doesn't move.. a plain picture can some help this it doing my head in!!

Download the .gif by left clicking and downloading then go to the avatar on sythe and upload it xD

 

I know the other thread is already solved and closed, but I felt like saying that maybe it's because of the way you're resizing the gif. If you don't use the right tools it will lose the animation and only the first frame will be displayed.

Just check if the resized one is animated before trying to upload. If it is, then just upload it somewhere and PM it to a mod. If it isn't, ask for help in the GFX forum. =)
