how to get a cell unblacklisted?

Hi I need advice on what I can do or anything I can do to get a phone unblacklisted ?
Because I am on a contract with an ex girlfriend. . . we recently got through a break up so I moved back to Arizona with a new phone upgrade before I left its a Samsung galaxy Alpha and I paid it fully. and now she's black mailing me if I don't pay more money towards the phone she will black list my phone? And report it stolen? What can I do I need some advice
I already laid her grand parents enough money. Nothings under my name as well.

I'm thinking just having her black list it sense she's fucking me over.

And if she black lists it can I still use it for WiFi?
But I just can't hook it up with service right?

absolutely. big carrier like att tmobile, are sharing black list database.

if the contract for the phone is under your name i don't think she can do nothing about it. reporting it as stolen is fraud and your girl friend is going to get in trouble.
