Im in the process of buying a account.

My OSRS account got permed last year, and I have got the OSRS bug again. I would like to buy an account from either scythe or PA but I've got a few questions:

1. Even if there is no email attached, is the account still recoverable?

2. What are the chances of my account getting recovered if I buy from a seller with 2k+ reviews?

3. If I do buy an account, what information do I need in order to keep the account mine, in case of recovery? (phone number, past purchase option ect.)

4. How much is an account with 99 Str, 60 Prayer, 70-90 range?

5. Who would you recommend as a trusted seller.

 

1. Accounts are always recoverable from original owner no matter what.
2. Chance is low but could still happen.
3. Wont matter much account is account is always recoverable from original owner.
4. Depends on their reputation. A trusted person probably $200-$300
5. Browse the market and only buy from users with lots of vouches.

2. Low chance but still possible. Even lower chance if it's a generic 70/70/70 or maxed staker account.

3. Doesn't matter at all. You can get all recoveries and the OO could still recover. If you're talking about simple locks without any intervention from seller, then it depends. It could be recovered by you, but the account still wouldn't be safe if the OO sends in a recovery request.

4. Around $150 but it depends on other stats and the rep. Price could be much higher or much lower.

5. @tigeris I still regret not buying his ex-comp rs3 account way back. The rs name was really nice too.

As just a quick response there are plenty of trusted merchants just take the time to verify their trust and you should be safe. (Just my opinion, take it as you will.)
