Locations i say which ARE GOOD:

Willows - at DRAYNOR behind the bank! because it has good tree spots and people there and not many MODS go there =) such as other Macroing spots.

Oaks- around Varrok? [the one in east bank well east entrance]

Trees -for regular trees go to lumbridge swamp? varrok OUTSIDE? your choise on this one !

1.my standards are horrible will get it better next update!
2.SomeTimes Logs Off and wont log to next PLAYER SOMEONE HELP ON THAT !
3.ALL CUTTING WILL MAY NOT WORK HAVENT TESTED!

i'll give it a try and see how it runs.
i'm gonna be cutting willows below rimmington because its always empty and has more trees.
one thing i've noticed so far is that it clicks the tree multiple times before its cut down.
i do believe that would make jagex notice something is up a little.
it also sees ents that aren't there so stays put wasting time while "avoiding" the ent, and when there was actually an ent there it clicked on it and broke my axe. so far i don't see this being a good script.
