Buying a mic and a mouse - suggestions?

Hey, folks - I'm planning on picking up a new mouse and a nice standalone microphone that can record guitar/piano/voices in good quality a la Cyber Monday.

My budget is in the $70-80 range for both, and I could go up a little higher if I needed to. Got any suggestions for meh? <3

Oh, and I'm really not into weird-shaped gaming mice with side buttons or anything, so I probably won't be getting one of those. Could be wired or wireless, but I prefer wired (USB). The mic would preferably have a built-in pop filter (or would come with one).

    Thanks!

Thanks for the advice, BGlave - anyone else got a favorite mic or mouse? Le Cyber Monday has arrived :)

You could try the mouses from Logitech's G100 series (I currently use the G100), they are quite affordable, ranging from about a starting $30 onwards. Not really much to say about them except that they feel comfortable.

As for microphones, am not sure as I do not own one.

Look at the Razer Deathadder. It's a bit expensive for a mouse, but well worth the investment, especially if you're a big gamer (no weird buttons either, just a really nice mouse.)

Just don't buy a r.a.t, they are extremly expensive and fragile.
I use razer kraken as headphones. I think they are great...

Thanks for the suggestions, guys! I bought my stuff this morning - went with the 2013 Deathadder for a mouse, and I got a Blue Yeti mic 40% off :)
