How to take a screen shot 2 methods.

Hello, in this guide I will teach you how to take a screen shot in two different ways.

Method 1:

1. In the top right hand corner of your keyboard you should see a button that say "PrtSc" (Print screen) when you have what you want on your screen press the button.

2. Once you have hit it open up paint, and paste. (Control+V) (You should now see your image on the paint screen) Save the image where you want it.

3. The next step is to go to an image uploading site (Photobucket.com or tinypic.com is recommended) and choose to upload an image.

4. You should then see a code, use that on the forums so people can see your image.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

[SIZE="5"][COLOR="Red"]Method 2:

1.Download "Jing" from [url]http://www.jingproject.com/[/url]

2. After you are finished the installation you can set a hot key for the "Screen capture"

3. There is then an option to upload your photo, do so.

4. After you have the link you must manually wrap the [img] codes. (To do so put [Img]URL HERE )

Uh you could include that Control+V can be used to paste as opposed to finding it in the menu.

Also, you could explain that it's better to use the direct link from ImageShack (which they say not to use) and wrap it with the

 

I do not suggest using image shack.

 

Why not imageshack? You can get the direct code with no banner at the bottom easily.

 

I use http://www.lookpic.com for uploading single pictures and http://www.imageshack.us for uploading multiple at once.

Lookpic does not try to force ads on you, or links back to their site. And for multiple images I use imageshack because they give direct links to all pictures at once.

 

No, use www.tinypic.com . It is easy + fast.

 

You can use "Printscreen" software.

Hi, I can't find my print screen button...all I see is prt scr with sys rq under it. i'm afraid if I press it, my system will ragequit.
