Cheapest fastest 99?

I have about 1M left, not really a lot to work with skill wise.. What is the cheapest and fastest 99? And how should I go about getting it to 99..?

 

Woodcutting, mining, fishing, hunter, agility, and theiving are free.

Cooking is your cheapest. Do lobs until lower 90s, then monkfish. Be wary, though, raw lobs are being manipulated.

Some that make profit and are not listed: Runecrafting, farming, and slayer.

 

So I imagine Cooking is the cheapest and fastest?

And what should I be cooking to get to 99? Cooking Level 49 atm.

 

Trout and Salmon to 65, lobster to 94, monkfish from 94 to 99.

 

Could I get a rough estimate of how much time this will take? I already have about 500 raw lobbies in bank from Fishing.

Whats the xp/hour From Cooking Lobbies?

And whats the approx cost on this from 50-99?

 

After buy and then selling after you cook them, I can't imagine you losing more than 3m.

Lobbies are around 140k exp an hour.

Fletching. You can do it in like 2 weeks if you no life. Or Cooking. Both are EASY and cheap.

 

Yeah, I have a life.. School on weekdays. I could only invest about 6 hours during the weekdays per day. And about maybe 9-10 Hours on Weekends (if not doing something)

 

I think cooking/fletching is pretty cheap and fast

That's a crapload of time. You could do it in 2 weeks with that amount..

Yeah, so maybe by March 21st I can have 99 Fletching, and 99 Cooking.
