How to delete an UNKOWN E-mail?

[Wub to craft]

Hey guys, wondering how to delete an UNKNOWN email?

I know there was a guide for this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. :'(

Thanks a lot,
Wub.

I don't know if it still works, but try it... Tell me if it needs updating.
