    Introduction

    This tutorial is VERY Short & Sweet! Most people do not know how to apply the effects in the correct directory.


    To Download the Paint.net Plug - Ins Click here


    Step 1

    - Extract the contents from the download file I have given.

    - Copy the contents to the Effects folder in your Paint.NET Folder..

    C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects
