    Claim and Cancel question.

This is what's written in the guide.

Let's say I'm selling an account for $5 with Paypal.

Is that how it works? :

The guy send me $5 to my Paypal account.
Then he claims that he didn't receive the stuff/service.
    Then he cancels the thing.
Then the guide says the guy won't be able to get his money back to scam me. And then I should give the account.
But how can I be sure he really did a claim and cancel?
Do I need to ask him for a picture as a proof or something?

    Thanks for all explanations.

    Claim and Cancel question.

You will be sent an e-mail on your e-mail assigned to your paypal account. He is still able to take his money back by calling his credit card company and saying that someone stole it.

    Claim and Cancel question.

If he's not Credit Card funded but bank funded? Can he still get the money back?

So as soon as you receive the email it means the claim and cancel process is done?

And when someone says they are bank funded and not credit card funded, how do you know it's true?

    Claim and Cancel question.

Yes, it's just much more difficult. You have to open claims etc. and if the buyer is very untrusted and has little protection, then you will be fine.

    Claim and Cancel question.

Paypal is very unsecure and claim and cancel doesnt secure your money either way. Peaople can still and almost always do use the unauthorized tansaction claim, or call paypal and tell them YOU TOLD THEM to claim and cancel at which point your account gets fucked and they get their money back. AAVOID PAYPAL AT ALL COSTS.

Also for the guy who asked, even if you get your money off paypal before they claim it back, paypal will simply give you a negative balance and charge you for it.
