    Does anyone know of a good C++ 6.0 compiler that they can get me a download link to? I've been googling all day and no luck. .so please help me?

    C++ doesn't really have a version. It is an older language that is pretty much standard, and hasn't changed much over a long time considering it caters for everything that has been attempted anyway. You would be referring to Microsoft Visual Studio 6.

    However, if you want a compiler, do a search for MinGW. And undoubtedly you confused a compiler with an IDE (there's a huge difference, really ...) therefore I will link you to this URL: http://www.codeblocks.org/
