How to check what is eating up my bandwith?

Anyone have a good way to check what is eating up my bandwith?
My ISP charges me by the GB so useless shit eating up my bandwith is burning a hole in my pocket..

 

Dunno why it's not here anymore, I answered this post earlier. (some damn moderator trolling???) Check your task manager, there ought to be a network usage graph. See if it's your system. If it isn't you need to setup ACL's for your network to cut back on unwanted bandwith consumption.
