    They emailed me this in 2nd February:

    Hello!

    We have provided the buyer the last 48 hours to respond to our last email. He still has 24 hours and will soon close the Order in your favor if failed to respond.

    Then there's no email a day or two later. I rightfully won the dispute according to that, I emailed them and support almost every day asking when they will close it and they ignore me. They just ignored all my emails. Today I get this email:

    We are now contacting you with regards to your order. Buyer escalated the dispute to us claiming, “No,The account got banned earlier that afternoon ,plz refund my money,HE couldnt deliver gold after my mate's account got banned. plus i dont see the seller's time bar attached on the screenshots.”

    Please contact buyer via onsite message and help him get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Please reply on this email to tell us once the issue been resolved, we will release the payment to you then. If the issue can't be solved within 48hours, we will close the order as 0% complete and refund the full payment to buyer.

    So basically they completely bent the rules to help the buyer because he seems like a "big" trader there. They completely disregarded everything and message me 9 days late saying if I don't "sort it out" they will close it in his favour.

    What kind of bullshit is this? I provides solid evidence multiple times, this dispute started at the beginning of December and whenever I completely prove I delivered they just drop my case and ignore it for several weeks then come back to it with a different member of staff who has no idea what has been said before. It is total corruption.

    PlayerAuctions is well-versed in bullshit and screwing people over, whether it be with their unreasonably high fees or failure to properly do their job of protecting sellers and buyers. They also have some of the worst general user support of any website I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

    Keep trying for a different rep than the one who's most recently e-mailed you, if possible. I'd also recommend contacting Jacob (Jake) Aldaco, A.K.A. "PlayerAuctionsPR" here on Sythe; he's relatively active and seems to be substantially more helpful than their site's normal support agents.
