    I have his account number and sort code, what could i do with this information?
    He has scammed me £16.50 what could I do?

    Via bank transfer or via paypal e-check transfer? How did he done it? And it's a wrong section.

    Well you could put in an appeal in the right section...Scroll to the very bottom of the homepage...might as well get the guy banned D:
