This is a good guide, however if the seller wants to recover, he still can and eventually it will get locked up from all the recovering. Then in the end he will provide one extra detail, and you'll be screwed. Stay away from account buying/trading in the first place, and you'll be good. Training is the way to go.

this is a really good guide, i alredyt knew all of this but i dont buy accounts. the account can always be recovered even with a low amount of info. right now im in a situation where i bought an account awhile back and th kid keeps recovering it but i do to. i have verry little info on the account. i only have a few passes,recoveries that i set,and the date when the account changes ips. i can recover it every time he does. i ownt stop till he does. scammer nubs these days,lol. that is y i do not buy accounts.

 

i personal don't like it, nothink you can't find out on runescape hom page.
