Hello, and welcome to my quick sketch on how to make you a little more wiser when buying an account with no recoveries.

Alright, please people I can't stress this enough when I tell you they CAN recover the account like cake without recoveries.
Now, this may be a little time consuming, but if you're serious about buying an account, follow these simple steps.

Alright, when buying an account (Not sure which method you'll use. IE; Using a MM, you or him going first, that's used with your caution.) you want to make sure you receive all of the following info:

-The first password when account was created
-Two previous passwords
-The zip-code that was entered when account was created
-The E-mail address that was entered when account was created
-Agreement Number
-A previously used PIN number
-Transaction ID
-The date the account was created
-The Internet provider you used when making the account. IE: DSL, Comcast, AT&T

As done, recover the account's password (Recover a forgotten password) knowing that there aren't any recovery questions set, using the information provided. (Make sure you bubble in "I did not set my recovery questions") That will then let you know that the information he gave you is correct, you can then proceed on with the trade.

Note: Make sure you go to "Recover a forgotten password" not "Recover A Stolen Password", otherwise you would be following the process of deleting recoveries. And would may have to wait a longer time. But since the recoveries are already deleted, you shouldn't worry about that.

CONGRATULATIONS, you've just verified that the account's information is correct!

If you are the one selling the account it may be worth it to just get a trusted mm. Good guide to know you are safer when you are buying. If you are selling, you may want to use a dif method.

even if u have all this info the acount still can be recovered easily... if the stolen password is sent from the computer the acount was made on its basically an automatic thing to jagex that its ur acount. and some people will pay for membership with cc and just not tell u thats what they used. so theres not away to have it %100 that thew acount can't be recovered. solution just dont buy acounts lol.

Oh yes. Well i'm not saying that it will prevent the account from being recovered. Just telling how to make the account more in your possession.
