So if I live by the diet that's explained on the title, I can get through the day without getting tired. Of course I eat all calories, proteins and carbs then

What would happen if I stayed on this diet?

    It's not good for you.
Considering you'll have nothing to eat between 4pm - 11 am.
Which is 19 hours without food, need I say more?

Thanks, but is that what you think or what you know?
The part where 19 hours without food is bad for you.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm trying to start something, but i really want a direct and accurate answer.

No doubt that diet is not good for you, the interval between your last meal and first meal is too long. Unless you sleep for the whole time. I guess that if you stay on that diet, your body may get used to it in time.

But, you will probably feel tired much more easily than if you have 3 meals per day, depending on what activities you do.

It is much better to eat small snacks/meals throughout the day than to eat two or three large ones.

You should have something to eat when you wake up to give your body the energy it needs for the day, and then just eat a small, nutritious snack throughout the day. And then try not to eat anything late at night.

Well actually, I've gotten used to this diet so I can actually get through the day just fine with an occasional snack or two :p I think that i got used to it.

What's the worst that could happen?
I mean, I AM getting all my nutrients.

Yeah, I do sneak in a Couple of bananas when I feel the need for them.. Lol

lol.... that diet is absurd. Eating less meals in a day, regardless if you get your nutrition or not, is bad for you. It screws up your metabolism and makes it worse. If you want a good diet, you need to eat 5-6 small meals a day, and drink at least 64 ounces of water per day and it will increase your metabolism greatly.

If your goal is to lose weight, depriving yourself of food for large amounts of time isn't the way to go. Why can't you just split these two big meals throughout the day? Both ways you are getting the same amount of calories. Eating large also expands the stomach and gives you the appearance of looking bigger then you actually are. By depriving your body of food for large amounts of time throughout the day you are depriving your body of nutrients it needs to function at an optimal level. If you work out you need protein to build muscle. If you deprive yourself of protein for large amounts of time it is harder to build muscle.

Search up Intermittent Fasting , it's exactly what you're doing but with much more depth, it totally blows out what anyone in this thread is saying as well, good luck!
