The truth about buying an account with no recovs

Hello. I am sure many people know this but im here to tell you if you buy an account with no recovs it does NOT make a difference. Now it does make a difference if your buying off someone who is not the original account owner of the account that they are selling. But if your buying from an original account owner and they want to scam you, its soooo easy for them. So id advise if your buying an account buy from someone whos kind of trusted and if theres recovs ask for them and try to recover the account yourself, and if that does not work get your money back.

Yes it is pretty easy to gain the account back if the membership is still active and the code is handy but I don't think it is the easist thing to re-gain an account with different recovs set in, a different password, and a different membership that has been activated. I have boughten one account that had membership left on it and I didn't think anything of it. About one week later, it was scammed from me and I didn't realize how since I had put new recovs and pass.

If there is an easy way don't release it.

 

All you need to get a account back is the first pass and creation year. It is pretty sad. Even without knowing the member details or the recoveries!

 

older membership pins and first pass is a seal the deal man. it sucks to.. thats why i advise to buy accounts only off trusted people.

 

i knew this, when ever i buy i ask all info and try to recover.

 

yah same here then i first attempt to recover the account and if it doesnt work i just tell them off and cancel the whole trade.

 

If you really are serious about securing an account, pay for membership with your CC, save the authentication number or what ever (may be agreement number, can't remember) and the email that is sent to you.

If you provide that with your recovery submission you will get the account back no matter what

 

You speak the truth.

If a password recovery request is made from the IP address that the account was created on, it will ALWAYS be accepted.

 

But with hardly any static IP's, this is hardly likely.
