    If it makes you feel any better, it could have happened while you were logged on too. Wasn't entirely your fault.

    I don't understand how the new 'reset' thing works.

    So if you log out with a hefty amount of cash on a mule account, it automatically gets reset?

    Anyway, very unfortunate for your loss.

    Just randomly logged back on this morning, and even said to my frined "watch me be reset..." log in, absolutely cleaned, about 247k left in my bank is all.

    Just want to add that you can get gp reset while logged in, happened to me once with 1.5B. Also, that sucks man, I lost 800M yesterday. :(

    Yeah it doesn't matter if you were logged in or not. Once Jagex decides to reset it they can kick you off the account to get the job done.

    best way to store cash whilst logged out is to buy an expensive item and loan it out until you're back - they can't take items if they're on loan.
