    How to avoid IP bans

If you are botting in wow constantly and you keep getting caught, it is possible that blizzard can IP ban you, does this IP ban your computer adress or can you avoid this by having a ghosted IP, if so, then couldn't your just use a VPN or can they see through these?

I don't know if Blizzard can tell if your behind a VPN or if you can use a proxy but they can IP ban you and they ban multiple account on that IP.

This has been proven on the old macro program sites I used to visit. Generally its a bad idea to bot I did it for a few months with no bans but I didn't do it 24/7 if you do it responsibly you might be alright.

I wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard IP banned you after Botting constantly on multiple accounts..Blizzard doesn't take Botting lightly.

    How to avoid IP bans

Your account will get banned either way if you bot 24/7. To avoid an IP ban, you could use a program such as Surf Anoymous or other IP Maskers

    How to avoid IP bans

If you absolutely must bot on your own IP, make sure you keep at a normal play schedule. In general you really don't want to run for more than 12 hours at a time, with another 12 hours before your next session. Another obviously but often overlooked metric they can see is how many items you attempt to loot after your inventory is already full. If the system generates a "Inventory Full" message 400 times in an hour, your going to end up flagged.

Essentially the safest way to do it and make sure your main account doesn't get wrecked if your bot accounts ever go down is just make sure you use a secure VPN service and never connect out on your main account to the same IP.

Blizzard can tell if your on a proxy or a cheap vpn, and your playtime will be investigated if you send up enough flags.
