Need Staker/ Character help

Alright so im trying to make a good character thats really good at winning fights and staking... im just comin back to runescape and i dont know what type of character or skills i should lvl to be a good pvper. please post with help thanks.

I have a staker that is 106 combat, 92 Attk/Str/Hp and 93 Def, and 1 everything else, and a maxed account. I prefer the maxed account much more.

It takes seconds to find a stake for a maxed account. It can take quite awhile before even one person stakes the pure, and chances are, they are also another pure.

All serious stakers at non maxed levels have basically perfect stats, so it's not worth the effort. Just max the melee of your account, and hope you win.
