How to Add a Custom Word in Thread Titles?

Hi,
I’m trying to add my donor in the titles of the threads I create on the platform, but I haven’t been able to find the right way to do it.
I’ve tried a few different methods, like editing the title after posting the thread, but it doesnt let me change my thread title
Is there a setting or method that allows me to add custom words or better control over thread titles?
if u can add something for me, I’d really appreciate your help.
