I'm Being Sued By PayPal... What the FUCK?!

Ok so today i come home from school, and i get my mail and in it, i find a letter from Collect America Commercial Services in Lenexa Kansas.

At first i'm not sure what it was but i found out it's paypal's collection agency. I owe $219.39 to paypal. This debt is because another one of sythe's infamous scammers who back charged my paypal AFTER i spent the money that he sent me for a account i sold. Anyways here's what it says.

Anyway I'm having my lawyer look at this. This isn't right. He scammed me and now i have to pay. My lawyer is an amazing lawyer and i'm going to win this. I already emailed paypal about a month ago that i will never pay this debt. This isn't right. I have the name and address of the person who sold me the account too. This will not end without a fight.

What do you think i should do?

 

in 2007 I was fucked over for about 300$ in PayPal.

Someone also scammed me and charged back causing me a negative balance of 87.39, i never paid though, it just keeps sending me emails that my account is limited and that i own a debt or w.e but nothing happend, this is since like 5 months ago.

I'm only 16, I have had my PayPal account since I have been 15. My parents trust with it and I am very responsible with it.

 

It doesnt matter how old you are, if you have a bank account you can get one at five years old lol

 

If you are going to win- make sure you ALSO sue for damages. You could claim Paypal damaged your reputation, so you deserve money. You could win like 10,000 +!

I thought you had to be 18 to open a paypal, and I'm pretty sure you can't get sued if your under 18.

I'm sure you can talk to paypal about it since you know all his information, this is why you shouldn't use paypal with such big amounts on a game thats played by a lot of idiot scammers.

i got a charge back of 300 dollers on my paypal from a scammer. But i decided to just pay it off in a few days as i would like to use my paypal again. Don't really wanna go through court and such would rather just pay the money.
