How to download youtube videos

Hi lilpjer here. I browsed the threads and did not see a guide on how to download youtube videos.

So here it is

So first off find a youtube video you want to download. I will use

Code:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4nXURLiBks

Now type "ok" between the

Code:

www.

and the

Code:

youtube

so you would type

Code:

http://www.okyoutube.com/watch?v=j4nXURLiBks

press enter and it should automaticly download. If your on a mac (I am) it will tell you to download a video player. Download it. Enjoy

 

I tried this with two videos and it hasn't worked. Maybe it's me.

 

well im on a mac but im pritty sure it works for PC. DId somthing pop up saying you need to install anything?

Sorry, but this does NOT work, whatsoever. I tried opening the file or even Downloading, and it just wouldn't load and no error sign occurred.

 

I just did it right now... maybe it only works for MAC users. It should give you a file that looks like a little scroll

 

No, it said something like; "You are unable to download this file."

 

you need to download this player. I forget the name of it but when you type it out it should say you need to download it...
