How safe is botting?

I would like to come back and start playing oldschool where i left off on my zerker pure 60/99/45(quested) 45 prayer, 77 range 77 mage and the rest of the stats above 50+.

How safe would it be to bot just a couple hours a day training combat skills? are there any safe combat training scripts someone could point me in the right direction?

-It'd be pretty safe. Combat doesn't usually warrant many bans.

-Go to any botting site and you can find that out. (TriBot, Simba, TopBot, OSBot, etc.) You can go to the scripts thread on the forum and see proggies, success stories, etc.

In addition, please delve into this sub section for a lot more info. There have been countless threads like this made and would answer your questions immediately.

 

Yes, i had a few reads and it was mostly level 3s (gold famers) from what i recall. Thanks for the reply, btw whats the best and most safe botting site?

 

Not very safe from my past botting experience, have had success and failures. They are really picking up on the bot catching and the prime days for botting are sadly over, you'll get banned so quickly now it's no point in botting.

I wouldn't recommend botting anything on your main account, the chance of getting banned and losing all your progress is not worth it.

 

It's safe barring one mishap. If your bot screws up even just a little bit, say you go afk for 30 mins and you come back and your guy has been clicking the same spot every 1-3 seconds for the whole time, a ban is coming your way. It happened to me. If you babysit your bots well you can avoid this but just know its a risk you run

While you're botting, always treat your account as though as it could be banned any minute. I botted for 4 years on my old main before it was permanently banned out of the blue in 2013, when Jagex detected the RSBot client by checking for the name of the window.

It doesn't matter how safe the bot is now. If you continue to bot, all that matters is how safe the bot is in the future, and that is always an unknown factor.
