This guy is a complete idiot. First off, the 99 range stat is completely edited. Second, add up all his levels in that pic and you will get 1615. But wait, his total level says 1584? Looks like you just got caught.

 

Notice how the stats don't add up to his total level, and the cape's trim should be trimmed ON the cape, not around it.

Also the bottom of the accumulator is cut off
