RuneScape Private Server Section Tutorial Sub-forum

Hello,

I wanted to post some Tutorials for RuneScape Private Servers but there is really no spot. I noticed that the Advertisement for the servers have a sub-forum and I was wondering if there could be a new one called Tutorials.

I will be posting many tutorials to help people code, and to add great features into your server.
