I'd recommend paying a trusted service provider to max the account out (or just get it pk ready), it would sell more easily and you would recover any money spent on the service with the increased price.

 

imo its fine the way it is cuz range/mage high and the person who buys can choose the att and pray

 

That is a point, but i've had experience selling pures from starters all the way to maxed, the maxed definitely sell the quickest and get the most interest, even though they're obviously more expensive.
If someones going to drop ~$500++ on an account, they do not want to be training strength for a week+ before being able to pk. - At least, that's what i think.

 

thats fair maybe get it trained to like 50 att 90 str so decent str level and can do 60 or 75 if they choose

I would say that the price would be somewhere between $700-$850 due to it being really low level account with infernal cape and the customer can make it 50 att or so.
