still a rough estimate on the cost depending if you're wanting nmz done or just crabs etc etc. Also I do have a 99 range voider with lunars, b gloves, complete already youd just need 70 def and 74 prayer with way less wait.

I can start immediately, supplies will be the account with a bond on - 10m gp id get prayer up straight away, then you can either add more cballs/darts/supps as we go or put them in place for 99.

In my opinion you wanting to cannon to 75 range won't really change anything on your combat level, chances are it wont even lower it by more than 1 hp since 1m range xp cannoned is barely 200k hp xp.

If you wanted low as combat possible compared to damage output voiders are better imo than a rig build anyway.

You said you're wanting 99 range 70 def 74 prayer 75-99 range trained at nmz.

You'll be well over 90+ combat with that request or if you want that voider to get def itll be exactly the same as what you're requesting to be built atm.

Go use a combat calc and youll see if you get 99 range youll end with 85-86 hp via nmz same with this account. The only difference is you're wanting 70 def which would be no different than getting it on this one XD

If you want a low level thats good at revs you'll want to have a pure with 80-90 range 1 prayer salve EI and a craws bow

If you're wanting 99 range 1 def and would run roughly $120 your supplies at sand crabs <3 Wouldn't be too much in supplies either in terms of cost since i wouldn't be running bp. timeline around 1 month as well.
