Money payment methods

Ok so I'm about to open a rsgp shop and I would like to know a little bit more about some pay methods...

MoneyPak - I watched the tutorial and basically (from what I understand) if I sold gold, the buyer would load the money onto a moneypak card and give me the serial number to add to my paypal or such.

1. Is this correct?
2. Is this safe? Is there a chance of anything like charge backs?


Western Union - From what I can gather, seller either transfers it online or goes to a location. Once sent, I (as a buyer) would take the transaction ID (not sure what it's called) and my name, and simply pick up the money?

1. Is this correct?
2. This seems like a very viable method of selling gold.


Player Auctions - Pretty much already know everything I need to about player auctions...

1. I like the security of this method, although, I don't like the fees.


Money Bookers - I'm guessing (from the looks of the webpage) that it's very similar to paypal if not identical.

1. Is this correct?
2. Does this have the same drawbacks as paypal? (charge backs/fees)

I would also take liberty reserve if I were you. Very very good payment method, no chargebacks and instant.
