Only reason that the account would be priced around 100-300k would because of the woodcutting level, but if you were to get it passed 80+ then it'd be worth mil's most likely, Fishing and Cooking, are easy to get to 40, so that'd be what 25-50k max, 66 firemaking, that's also an easy skill to raise, and it's not even high, no offence, there goes lets add another... 70k to that. So for max prices, 70k+50k = 120k, level 63 woodcutting, I'ma say about 200k. So price would probably be average 320k. But, people/pixels like higher woodcutting (80+) since it's an easy auto skill, if you have right one, along with if you auto you can get w/e gps, from yews/magics, along with raising the skill level.
