Also, what items are on the account. When people are shopping around for accounts in Black Market they usually are paying for what is on the account, not the account itself.
However I have to disagree with Jethr0x, I would start this account on $150 max (without items).

One of the most important parts of buying a pure is getting a pure with as many quests as possible done. No quests, with the stats; $135.
Also when considering he have to get 90 hp and 99 range with SW?

The fact that his whole account, could have been botted in soul wars, or the fact that his account is a soul war product makes it go down in value.
Him having no quests also is a huge factor that makes it go down.
Hardly having anything on his account makes the account go down a great amount.

id pay no more then 100 unless he is willing to do some quests or at least get some cash on acc like 10m or so then itd be worth 150 jus cuz u could get item sfor pkin if needed but with no money or quests its jus a acc u cant rlly pk much besides f2p then ud pown but idk ud need armor and wep try to get him to at least get money 5m-25m the be worth 150-200 max

Tell him to do quests, up to mith gloves and get some items on it. Then you will consider paying around the price he is asking.
