I am new to all the abreviations - no need for fee's, we just hook up on XBL and go from there

 

MM = Middleman

The middleman will hold onto the code for you while you level his account to a 50 and if you fail to achieve the level then you won't receive the code. It's to ensure the safety of the trade.

OMM = Official Middleman, same concept except generally regarded as more trusted. The general rule with MM is to only use a very well established MM (such as someone with a ton of vouches, not just like 10 vouches or something)

I can do it easy in TD, but prefer not to recover. TS with recovery = 2 - 3 month codes for your account

 

How long will a 1 - 50 in TD take?

 

Actual time of 2 days, maybe 3 days depending on my team mate(s) and usually around 35 games
