The bottom line is - I'm not going to fuck you over, and I don't care how many vouches or posts you have; what I know is what I know so you will play by my rules when buying the account. That means you go first, or we use the middleman I choose and you pay the fees.

The only payment option that I can use at the moment is paypal, and with chargebacks and all that I am having second thoughts about using it.. But we will worry about that when it comes time for payment.

The account can play on Runescape Classic and I'm pretty sure it is level 3. It might be 4 or 5.. I haven't been on it in a while. I'll check tomorrow when I take pictures.
