Best range pking/staking combo

Now that dark bow came out, range is getting popular again.

Slow, but accurate

Should the bow be better used on Pking or Dueling?

And what are methods?

I heard on the runescape forum that you should fight with MSB but then switch

Dark Bow for the kill
Ex. Switching from MSB and rune arrows to Dark bow and dragon arrows.
