Every range guide on youtube

hi almost every new range guide on youtube uses stupid chins from like 80-99. im 85 range and am a pure(1 def), is there any other way to get 99 thats still actually decent exp?

Lol what do you want in xp terms?

Um probably nothing as fast as you want but chins, especially for pures. What did you do to get 85 range because that's probably just as good.

Otherwise slayers always fun, but shitty xp. Ok I guess that's not what you want.

You could try pest control, I was getting like 30k xp from points an hour on a pure with 60ish range.

 

Your best bet would either be SW or chinning most likely.

or simply ogres with irons/steels.

 

Chins are the best xp without a doubt. They are the expensive method though.

The next best thing you could do is try to find a tie game soul wars world ( I think 9) and use the zeals on range.

I find that as one of the 'good' guides.

I've chinned at Mummies on my tank and I'm planning on chinning there on my pure.

One of the best places for experience.

I've gained over 600 XP from just one chin.

 

If you are poor, use SW or Range Guild. If a little money isn't an issue, use chins for several times more exp/h. Or do slayer with a cannon, which was what I did most of the time.

You can still use chins if you are 1 defence... what is your prayer level?

If you can afford to chin until 99, I would HIGHLY reccomend it. Getting 78-99 ranged took me only a few days playing 6-8 hours per day. It is extremely easy and you can AFK too which is great. If money is an issue, you can try using knives at a multi combat spot like bandits, or take them to a low level - high HP monster like Experiments or Yaks. The other spot for powertraining to 99 is the ogre cage above Ardy. You can train there with knives, iron arrows, whatever you want and its decent exp.

 

Chinning 99 range is kind of overpriced because now bots are nuked the huge supply of them is gone. i'd just do range guild to be financially safe.
