What happened to PIN selling? MILLS for pbp/sms pin

What happened to the forum for it, and why was it taken out of Scythe?

Sythe did not want to face legal issues, as PINs are illegal. They are now sold as upgrades, so you should never mention that you are buying/selling PINs.

Also, welcome back. I remember you from when I first joined.

 

Other than what Gurt mentioned it is hard to prove a pin trade that is why users generally have to upgrade the account with the pin themselves if they choose to upgrade it. It is because people could send someone a pin and use it and claim it didn't work and there would be no way to prove it. Or vice versa with the buyer and seller.
