My dad claims my car smells like smoke?

So my dad keeps claiming that my car smells like smoke when I do not smoke ciggs and none of my friends do either. I don't even smell any smell so idk wtf he is on about. What might imitate the smell of cigarettes? I honestly have never smoke around or inside the car. Any ideas?

 

Smelling smoke is a sign of a medical problem. I can't remember what it is, but it is seriously a sign of some sort of illness. Maybe it's him.

 

Well I guess that would make sense, considering he had this blood disease and is on and off chemo. I'll do some research on this.

Naw, I'm actually against smoking tobacco, and have never and will never smoke it...

Is it a brand new car or did you buy it used? If the previous owner smoked in the car, the smell stays in the car for a looooong time, unless you completely steamclean anything carpeted and wash every surface.

Just spray it with like perfume so the smell goes away (if there really is none might wanna take your dad to the doctor)
