How long does it take for getting banned of for macroing?

Hey, im very worried about my main, because I botted on it and got discovered by 2 players. They reported me for almost 1 month ago now, but I still worry.

Do you know how long it took your account to get banned for macroing?

Any experience you want to share?

 

Totally random, could be any day or could be two months from now.

 

Yeah bans can really happen at any time, tomorrow, next month or maybe in a year lol.
Also possible that you won't even get any bans for it. How do you know that those players reported you?

 

bans can come late, i got a ban from something i said 2 weeks ago :S

 

I was botting Woodcutting, on willows flat out 10 hours a day, a lot of people reported me and when i reached 99 wc i got banned. So you never know.

 

they light fire behind me while i was using garretts firemaker, and then i should check if everything was cool and saw them lighting fires so the botted stopped for a while. I then tried to sound that i wasn't botting at all.
I remember the name of 1 reporter Do you think that can help if i get banned to use it on an appeal

 

you might be safe if it's been a month ago, but theres always the chance of you getting banned

 

Did you ever get banned 1 year after you macroed last

 

And do you think it can help to appeal if I know the name of 1 reporter?

Cuz you can't really know the name if your macroing.

 

It could literally be anytime. I've had bans happen in the middle of gameplay.

I botted fishing 12 hours once on accident, and who knows, I could be banned when I try to log in.

 

Usually if you get reported your account is flagged so if you haven't botted after that your chances are high of remaining unbanned. But as said above it is completely random.

 

I've botted 3 99's on my pure, 10 hours + a day, sometimes up to 16 hours and never been banned. I try talk on it every time I check it though and have a little convo every now and then so maybe that will help.

 

Could happen at anytime, but then again, maybe they haven't reported you yet because there was no proof that you botted?

 

You won't get banned my name on rs has rsbot in it and they haven't touched me.

 

Could happen any time, but usually seems to be 2 weeks-2 months later so that you don't know what it was specifically that got you the ban.

Normally ranges from 2 weeks - 3 months. I've even heard 6 months.

But I bot 3 days straight sometimes no breaks, and no ban

 

My last account that got banned for macroing got banned about a month after I stopped botting, if you reach 2months... I think your safe

 

It's really random, if you've been reported for botting on that account and you know it i would suggest using a different acocunt for botting for around 2-3 weeks and play on that one legit.

 

Odds of you getting banned are slim to none if you are using the right bots.. Jagex's detection system sucks and 99% of their bans come from reports..

Before I get flamed, I've botted at least 10 99's in less then 9 months from bots. I have multiple accounts as well. (just ask people from rune-tips cc )

Botting is purely luck, you can't bot safe. You could bot 24/7 and not get banned (most-likely higher chance) on some skiller and bot for 10 minutes on your main.. Come back, and you see some noob has reported you.
So again, it's all dumb luck.

 

Well it varies i was reported then 5 months later i suddenly get banned (those 5 months were me playing legit mind you)
