How much for lvl 89 and 71?

The level 89 has 1336 total level and full guthix. The 71 has total level of 638. How much could I get through Paypal and RSGP?

Also, is it hard to sell RSGP on this site?

 

If you're selling GP to a bulk buyer it is a piece of pie, however the pay outs are smaller than if you established your own GP selling shop. The downside to that is, you need to build your credibility to become successful, which also means you better have a big chunk of change lying in your virtual bank.
