Solo bandos advice please

hey i'm looking to start soloing bandos soon for some money. I need some advice.

-Gear:
Verac's helm
lent BCP
Glory
Whip/(Not sure what shield)/D claws for spec
Verac/Torags legs
Mage cape (t)
Dragon boots
Regen brace for gloves, as I don't have barrows and I find it more useful than rune gloves


-I was wondering what gear I would need to keep the bandos (or other) guys off me

-My stats when I am going to start are going to be:

99 mage/99 str/ 92 hp/ 91 attack / 85 def / 70 prayer / 68 summ, are these sufficient?

-No soul split/turmoil or overload, regular supers and piety/hp regen prayer

- Also, should I use bunyip or tortise? (if bunyip id use regen brace and the prayer to help him with my hp restore)

- I currently own D claws so i was planning to use a lent bcp with claws and whip and other gear such as verac helm/plateskirt. My question is, is the whip method good? If so, what shield should I use as I can't afford a DFS/Spirit shield. Maybe after my first good bandos drop I'll get a DFS

- any other recomendations?

I wouldnt bother soloing untill you have better stats, You will only kill 1 or 2 per trip and it would be worthless

I recommend Pack Yack for soloing bandos, As long with chaotic weapon

Of course to be really successful, 95 prayer, overloads....

 

I think i'd be able to maybe pull 5 or 6 a trip.

99 mage for steel will def / 99 str / 91 att/ 85 def are pretty good stats

Granted i don't have a pak yak but oh well

 

Dont solo

Dont bring high risk, dieng as bandos is pretty easy if he hits a nice combo on you. especially with your HP.

Still you should be able to solo 1/2 kills

Use tort
& Barrows gloves.

Any Godsword will do the job, claws if you want


Just dont risk over 1M if your a beginner you'll just loose money with a small chance on getting any high drops

 

inside the bandos camp you only need a zammy item and a bandos item to keep the things off you.

As for gear I'd recommend a divine first of all. then dclaws, chaotic long, pack yak, turmoil, overloads
soloing bandos without those things is pretty much a waste of time anymore.

Tortise over Bunyip. Soloing with a bunyip at that level is ineffective, to say the least.

 

Lol no you will not bring in 5 or 6, you're not near maxed with piety supers and a tort.
You will max out 2 if you get lucky, get maxed with ext or ovl / or turmoil with a uni to profit, otherwise you WILL be crashed and only get 1 kill per trip.

I'm a 135 and i still get crashed, I have ovl+yak+rapier.

Just saying, dont mean to sound rude but i wouldn't even attempt it.

 

bandos has transformed from the boss for noobs, to the boss thats camped 24/7.
