Compliments to the sythe community

I used to be a contributing member to this community way back in my earlier high school days. I started off as a normal leacher converted from rscheatnet and MG's after both of those sites went under. I like most kids my age had an unquenchable thirst for party hat sets and dreams of cracking crackers with the big wigs of RS.

I started from the bottom, worked my way up to MM and knew my way around the game in every facet: Private servers, Scripting SCAR, Scripting Aryan, Glitching, RS economics, Fraudulent Paypals that people used to pay for gold, you fucking name it. While other kids were playing Xbox, I was making more money than I could ever dream of; I loved every minute of it.

Looking back at the times I spent on the internet living the Sythe.org lifestyle, I regret absolutely none of it. Sythe taught me how to look at things from every angle possible, becoming the best at what you need to achieve and how to do it efficiently while helping others in the process. I currently hold internships in both IT and Consulting which I credit to how I was raised (Grew up on here).

What I'm trying to get at is that if you stay on here long enough, you start to develop a genuine belonging in a community that is so uniquely different from anything else in the real world.

Dang man, that was very moving.

I would hope to be there someday, but seeing as I'm 17 with a baby and all... my "internet time" is cut very short....

It's important to be careful though... not everyone who spends their lives on the internet, specifically on a gaming forum, will be as successful as you were. Congrats on finding happiness though.

Though you may learn things from Sythe if you get through every angle, it won't always be the best of help.
Sythe does teach you things if you know what you're doing, but in 90% of cases, it won't change your real life much.

 

Sythe has the best community I have ever seen in the internet.

I do think Sythe can help you evolve in some ways of thinking.

I agree with that ^ most community's have spammers or complete dicks.

I agree with you, I just hate how there would be a small percentage of people who just scam and do bad things.
