EDIT: I just got the name of the account that was scammed and looked it up. ITS THE SAME FUCKING ACCOUNT. HE IS SELLING STOLEN ACCOUNTS.

Flawk isn't banned because the scammer reports don't get answered. I've seen multiple ones in there about him.
