How many times a day do you brush your teeth?

Twice with flossing. Not one case of tooth decay, ever.

Twice a day, plus mouth wash.

 

Just start making it a habit, it's easy. It only takes 2minutes of your day, and that's out of the 24 hours we have. you can make time for it

 

I try to Brush/Floss after every mean or at least gargle some mouth wash and floss. So maybe 2-4 times PD.

 

Twice a day. Can't be bothered doing it more than that. I'm not home a lot and I can't be hassled carrying around a toothbrush all day.

I use mouthwash every now and again if I'm in the mood. Same goes with flossing.

I have pretty much perfect teeth, so I guess I'm lucky. Good genetics.

 

It depends what i eat and how my teeth feel, If i eat a shit load of chocolate or sweets and my teeth feel really dirty i'll brush them, but if not it's twice a day .

 

Twice a day. Morning and night, unless I eat something that really needs earlier brushing.

I try to do it twice, but I've gotten lazier about it the last few years for some reason. I usually only brush them in the morning when I take a shower with mouthwash a couple times throughout the day. It depends what I eat though. If I eat a lot of candy or something that gets stuck in my teeth, then I brush them right after. My dad is a dentist, so I also get a cleaning about every 6 months. I've never had a cavity or any other problems with my teeth other than a few teeth getting chipped.

 

I brush once and mouth wash twice. My family has history with really weak gums that literally scrub away if we brush too hard or too often. My sister has already gotten gum grafts because she was religious about brushing three times a day.

Damn my teeth are unhygeinic,

I brush about 7 times per year, once night before dentish, morning before dentist, night after the dentist, then a couple times darted throughout the year.

 

Brush 2-3 times and floss every other day plus whitening mouthwash in morning and act rinse at night. (My gums are very sensitive so can't floss everyday =/)
