how many of you faggots actually were around for RS in 2007?

you know, i kind of have to laugh because i'm pretty sure a good bunch of you werent even playing RS 6 years ago. that's right, SIX years ago.

i actually quit RS in december 2007 when they initially took out free trade/wildy/etc. i hung around for a bit but threw it in for good about mid 2008. i was 13/14 back then and during 2005-2007 pretty much everyone was playing rs. good fucking times.

but you know, being 19 now it's cool that it's coming back and all but i'm not heavily phased by it. the reason why i start this thread up is because 2007 being so long ago you'd think most of those young teenagers, like myself, have grown up and moved on from gaming.

I've been playing since 2005. After the removal of free trade I never really played full-on like I did early on.

 

I had played it like once or twice prior to wildy/free trade got taken out and had heard from friends that you could kill people in the wilderness. Later in 07, after the wildy/free trade had been taken out (we didn't know) a friend and I lured a newby out into the wilderness saying that there are lots of rubies to collect out there and that we could make a large profit. We kept on going further and further into the wilderness and were absolutely stumped when we couldn't attack this guy haha. We were so disappointed afterwards also. He didn't even have anything with him either though haha.

I've played it since late 2004, I gave it up a few times. But I remember in 2006/2007 I had a lot of motivation and I would play it regularly, that was one of the best periods that Runescape ever had.

i started playing rs in 2007, i played i few months before free trade got taken away. i was actually happy about it, because i don't pk, and whithout free trade everyone has to get their money themselves.

 

I'm pretty sure a lot of us were.

 

I started playing in 2004, still have the yo-yo. I remember going to Seer's Village to trade stuff. There were always tons of people outside the bank selling yew longbows for alching, and around the tele spot of camelot people were selling dragon chains etc. Good times...
