How many hours is it safe to leave a bot running for?

I run AIOFmer 3.0 24 hours a day.

 

I'd go for 12 hours, cause an hour does actually make a difference, and a good enough one where they add up pretty fast.

 

idki hadnt autoed my account in a week and it got raped today along with my wcer..... way too many updates lately

 

no i was a member autoing the curse spell on d monk in varrock castle.. i got permanantly banned after about 1month

 

i run revived caviak 1.68 for 10-15 hours/per day on main, got from 92-96 str, and 86-89 hp.[ no bans yet ]

and my pure, i have 11m cash on it,[10 days banned for autoing flax spinner for 3 weeks.] and its dds pure has 86 str, 60 attack, cash made from my 82 craft woohoo and i got banned ppls reporting me becuz they find i dont reply and i got reported, after 2 weeks jagex banned my pure.
